贝克Krefting导演贝克·克莱廷

Rebecca Krefting, who goes by Beck, is 美国研究教授 and affiliate faculty to Gender 研究, Black 研究, Intergroup Relations, and Media and Film 研究. Her research specializations are feminist comedy studies; studies of visual and popular culture; histories and historiographies of stand-up comedy; preppers and post-apocalyptic cultural texts; and pedagogical studies. 她的工作是跨学科的 and likewise she has taught in many disciplines including Women’s, Gender and Sexuality 研究, American 研究, African American 研究, and Media 研究. 她的专著 标题为: All Joking Aside: American Humor and Its Discontents (Johns Hopkins UP, 2014) ch艺术s the history and economy of charged humor or humor 旨在实现社会公正. She st艺术ed out in reception at an ap艺术ment complex in Manhattan, before taking classes and working in the Dean’s Office at Milano, a graduate school of The New School, and then spending almost 5 years with the Fund 为纽约市做准备. At the Fund, Nora was able to join in creating and maintaining infrastructural support for social service agencies and community organizations in 她的家乡. She anticipates that providing administrative support for the Center for 领导, Teaching and Learning will be a fulfilling way to p艺术icipate in her 火博体育的新社区.

莱拉诺顿 (Class of 2024) is a geoscience major and anthropology minor from We斯特恩麻萨诸塞州. Lila hopes that this experience will bring more opportunities 将相交性应用于ca mpus and to increase student involvement within the CLTL. Her favorite classes are ones that focus on minoritized identities in STEM and broach challenging topics in a safe space. During her down time, you can find her playing the cello, p艺术icipating in ultimate frisbee, or hitting the ski slopes when the weather allows.

夏延Tanner-Cotman (Class of 2024) is a computer science major who hails from 特拉华州. 约旦古斯曼 (Class of 2027) is intending to major in computer science and is from 纽约市. He is excited to be collaborating with professors and students on the ethics and uses of AI in the classroom. Jordan enjoys classes that involve working 与他人相处,并积极参与. During his free time, he likes to go to the gym, play 打篮球,看电影.
